My career in the Mortgage industry spans over 30 years, serving the Capital Region, Western New York, and Downstate New York, including all five boroughs of New York City.

I began my career with SEFCU Mortgage Services as a Mortgage Processor, working directly with Borrowers, Realtors, and Attorneys to facilitate the loan process efficiently and expeditiously. Soon thereafter, having mastered my skills as a Processor, I transitioned to the role of Provisional Loan Officer and in this role, I worked as an assistant to SEFCU Mortgage Services’ top producing Loan Officers. Now, as a Loan Officer I maintain a passion for my career and a commitment to my customers to provide quality service.

My experiences in the mortgage industry taught me to appreciate that buying a home is one of the most important purchases most people will ever make. Similarly, a refinance transaction may facilitate important transactions such as major purchases, a home renovation, a child’s education or a debt consolidation that allows more financial freedom. Because of the unique goals for each customer, I provide all my customers with dedicated service. I am adept at reviewing and analyzing each borrower’s profile, identifying potential issues early in the process in order to resolve problems and allow for a clear closing as soon as possible.

My role and responsibility as a Loan Officer directly impacts my borrowers. My goal is to get to know my customer and partner with them as I identify their financing needs and facilitate a loan that achieves their goal. I’m not only an experienced and competent Loan Officer, I have a passion for my career.
