I began my career at SEFCU in 2015 as a Member Service Representative. Transitioning to SEFCU Mortgage Services in 2017 as a Mortgage Processor I gained the knowledge and expertise of the operations and procedures involved in the mortgage business. After developing a passion for customer service and mastering the processing role I then transitioned to a Loan Officer Assistant. In this position I was able to work directly with Realtors, Attorneys and most importantly Borrowers to assist in achieving a stress free and successful transaction.

I spent 2 years working for SEFCU Mortgage Services’ top producing Loan Officers, managing a high volume of loans and continuing to ensure stress free service with successful closings. My background in customer service and operations allows me to identify and resolve details of the transaction, ensuring a smooth loan process.

As a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, I have the ability to lend in all areas of New York State, both purchase and refinance transactions up to 4-unit properties. My goal is to provide passionate, detailed and individualized service to each borrower, catering to your unique financial needs. I will provide you with dedicated service, taking the time to guide you through the process, and keep you informed along the way.
