I am a thirty-year veteran of the mortgage banking industry, beginning my career as a Loan Officer with a New York mortgage banking firm. During my tenure I held positions of Manager, Underwriter and Vice President. My area of concentration and expertise was in the government-insured mortgage products from the FHA, VA, SONYMA, and USDA. Before starting my own company, I was Vice President of a nationwide mortgage banking firm, managing offices in New York and Connecticut. In late 1999 I was approved and registered with the NYS Banking Department as a Registered Mortgage Broker. I was also one of the very few registered brokers who were recognized and allowed to originate FHA and VA loans. I operated my own business for 12 years and during that time became proficient with the FHA reverse mortgage product. Since 2008, I have managed the Reverse Mortgage Department for SEFCU Mortgage Services.

I am currently an active member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association, Past President of the Hudson Valley Association of Professional Mortgage Women, The Bankruptcy Attorneys Bar Association, and the Mid-Hudson Valley Mortgage Bankers Association.
